what is ICM training
& equipping?
ICM Training & Equipping is a one year school that is made up of live classes on our Foley, AL campus in addition to online classes in partnership with Christian Life School of Theology. This one year spiritual journey is built around our intimate personal encounters with God Himself. Each student's training is meant to provide tools, practical wisdom and spiritual, emotional, and mental development to the life, love, and ways of Jesus.

We understand that the plan of God for his children is to equip them through His gifts for the work and ministry of God according to the 4th chapter of Ephesians. Why? So that we may together “mature into the fullness of Christ.” We are to be intentional and committed, but confident and courageous, knowing it is the Holy Spirit who authors our instruction, and orders our steps. Because the Holy Spirit plays the major role, much of the training and equipping in our community is rooted in the spiritual relationships between mature saints and young disciples. In the community we’ve been building at InnerCry, most of this has been established in one on one relationships, and small, informal gatherings. God has been expanding our community, therefore the need for more wisdom and maturity is essential. .

to serve each student in discovering and developing their person and purpose, through creating an environment for the Holy Spirit and His gifts for equipping and building up each person into the whole body of Christ.
